In 2007, learn lean production and site improvement with Japanese lean experts from Hong Kong and Canada for a period of 2 years. 

2012 promote Guangdong Haibo Weiwei finished product bar code control and key electronic material traceability system, as project manager. 

In 2014, he introduced the MES system for Guangdong Haibo Weishi Co., Ltd., and served as the project manager. 

2015 participation in factory 5S and lean production improvement activities directed by Huawei was recognized by Huawei expert team and won the "Best Progress Award" 

2016 leads the establishment of NPI process and system for new product introduction of Guangdong Haibo Weishi Co., Ltd. 

2017 lead the improvement of LAYOUT and ESD in Guangdong Haibo Weishi Co., Ltd. And establish corresponding system documents. 

In 2018, 2017 led the improvement of STB automated testing in Guangdong Haibo Weishi Company, and the overall production efficiency increased by 60%.
