Project overview

The new industrial zone of Yunlu Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. is located in Nanhai national eco industrial demonstration park, Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. The dominant use nature of the plot is industrial land, and the compatible use nature is storage, including plant roads, parking lots, green space and storage yard. The total area of the plot is 35787.3 square meters, about 53.6 mu.

Block 1 belongs to the planning scope of the project, with an area of 3660 square meters, about 5.5 mu; a five storey concrete structure plant will be built, and the planning of each floor includes the general assembly workshop, incoming material and finished product warehouse, auxiliary facilities, etc., which can meet the capacity demand of 6 million sets / year in the future.
